Maria S.S. del Carmelo - on July 16,17 and 18

An ex priest of Treglia wrote in one of his book that, during an holiday in foreign countries, he was able to recognize the emigrants of Treglia by portrait of “Madonna del Carmine” on the night table. The “Madonna del Carmine” is in fact Treglia’s patron saint and the solemnest feast of the village is dedicated to Her.
On July 16, after Mass, the procession takes place through the streets of the village and it is accompanied by the band. On this occasion a lot of emigrants came back to their place of origin. On July 16, in the evening, there is a concert of classical music in the square; on July 17, in the evening, there is a concert to entertain while on July 18, in the evening, there is a concert with artists of the RAI TV.

During Mass we give out the bread to parishioners. After, there is the procession through the streets of the village accompanied by the band.

Corpus Domini

After Mass, there is the procession through the streets of the village. It is a tradition decorating the procession's journey by petals of flowers, broom berries and laurel and mint leafs.
